2pm Fri to 1pm Sun every 8 weeks (4wks from 2019)

Our Stress Management workshops are beneficial for anyone experiencing stress in their everyday lives whether through work, relationships, family or just generally trying to cope in a busy hectic world.

It includes twice daily general yoga class at 7am and 3.30pm, evening meditation plus daily workshops at 9am focusing on how we can reduce stress whilst still maintaining our workload using the ancient wisdoms provided by yoga and meditation. The workshops are designed to help you identify current coping strategies and create new strategies that take you to a place of calmness ands tranquility.
