The Wellness Retreats listed below include additional workshops exploring nutrition, fitness and mind-body connection and are suitable for all levels. You can combine a Wellness Essentials program (Wednesday to Friday) with an additional yoga, meditation or mindfulness program before (Sunday to Wednesday) or after (Friday to Sunday)
