Self Care Essentials

2pm Wed to 1pm Fri – Every 4 weeks

In this retreat we will look at what self-care means in regards to the mind, body and spirit connection. It will be a retreat filled with self discovery and understanding the need for balance in our lives. Includes self-love workshop about loving and caring for ourselves first, and an emotional care workshop about the importance of the thoughts we think, the environments and relationships we are in and the food we eat.

The retreat includes twice daily yoga flow classes at 7am and 3.30pm plus special workshops each day at 9am and evening meditation every other day.
