Self Care Retreat
Midweek & Weekends – Every Four Weeks
In this retreat we will look at what self-care means in regards to the mind, body and spirit connection to understand the need for balance in our lives. We can so easily take care of others and put everybody else’s needs before our own, so this retreat is all about nurturing and taking care of ourselves first. Radiating a calm, relaxed and healthy personality is one of the greatest things we can do for the world.

The program will include workshops about caring for ourselves, dealing with emotional stress through self observation and reflection.
The retreat includes twice daily yoga flow classes at 7am and 3.30pm plus special workshops each day and evening meditation every other day.
Our retreat programs always include twice daily yoga classes and evening meditation plus additional daily workshops exploring yoga, meditation, mindfulness, stress, self care or nutrition. They are optional to attend. Combine two for longer stays.

Indulge, refresh & transform yourself with our optional extras. Choose private yoga or meditation consults, relaxing massages, hot stone, facials, reiki, kinesiology or hypnotherapy - there is something for everyone.
