Tailoring the yoga-meditation to your needs

For four thousand years yoga & meditation was taught one on one. A teacher would sit down with a student and work out exactly what the students needs were and then design a yoga-meditation practice that matched the needs of the individual.

During a private yoga-meditation lesson our highly experienced yoga-meditation teachers will find out what you want to work on, whether it be a particular problem area of the body, mind or breath and then teach you yoga or meditation designed for your needs.

With our additional consultation package our yoga teacher will then spend 30 minutes outside of this time designing and writing up a personalised yoga asana sequence that you can take away with you to practice at home.

We recommend a private yoga-meditation consultation for anyone new to yoga, who has not had a personal practice, who is pregnant, has any injuries or mobility challenges or who experiences stress, anxiety or depression – that’s most of us then!

Yoga Essentials Retreat
