Yoga is an ancient discipline that connects body-mind-spirit through postures (asana), breath (pranayama, sensory awareness (pratyahara) and meditation (dharana and dhyanam).
It is an ancient discipline that encompasses so much more than simply the physical practice and helps us to find freedom not only in our body, but in our life.
In this retreat you will explore yoga beyond the physical and learn practices to develop a relationship to your mind, breath and body. The yoga essentials program is suitable for those with no experience as well as those who want a refresher.
The retreat includes daily yoga classes plus special yoga workshops each day and evening meditation every other day.

Retreat Programs
Our retreat programs always include twice daily yoga classes and evening meditation plus additional daily workshops exploring yoga, meditation, mindfulness, stress, self care or nutrition. They are optional to attend. Combine two for longer stays.
