Yoga is an ancient discipline that connects body-mind-spirit through postures (asana), breath (pranayama, sensory awareness (pratyahara) and meditation (dharana and dhyanam). Our yoga essentials program is suitable for those with no experience as well as those who want a refresher.
The retreat includes twice daily yoga flow classes at 7am and 3.30pm plus special yoga workshops each day at 9am and evening meditation every other day.
We teach in the tradition of Krishnamacharya and our founders Paul & Tory plus yoga teachers Basia and Natalie were all trained by Michael de Manicor, Director of The Yoga Institute and past president of Yoga Australia.
