BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR 1-4 GUESTS
50% deposit on booking
50% auto-deducted 48 hours before arrival
All payments are non-refundable.
No charge for changes more than 14 days ahead*
*If you need to reschedule under 14 days notice then we will try and resell the room. If successful you will be issued with a credit voucher for the full value of your deposit to use anytime within 12 months. If we do not resell the room then we can offer you a future replacement ‘standby booking’ which can only be booked 24 hour before arrival. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.Terms are different for group bookings of 5+ guests and group organisers. We reserve the right to upgrade room type for any booking for free. Reschedule requests must be made by email.
SPA BOOKINGS & DAY RETREATS
- Treatments or day retreats cancelled within a 72 hour before period incur a 50% charge.
FOR 5+ GUESTS & GROUP ORGANISERS
Our terms and conditions are different for groups as follows:
For groups of 5+ guests
- 4 weeks required to reschedule booking
- 50% required on booking
- Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival
For organisers of non-exclusive external groups & retreats
- 50% payment as deposit
- All payments non refundable
- 16 weeks required to reschedule booking
- 10% reschedule charge is required
- Remaining 50% due 8 weeks before arrival
