Discover how to use different tools and techniques to reduce stress that you can use in your day to day life regardless of what is going on around you. Calm and relaxed is our natural state of being!
Workshops explore the importance of relaxation and how we can make small changes to reduce the amount of stress in our lives, what emotional stress is and how this has a domino effect plus how diet and nutrition as well as what we are feeling are all important factors is building resilience to stress.
The retreat includes twice daily yoga flow classes at 7am and 3.30pm plus special workshops each day at 9am and evening meditation every other day.
