Picture this:

You arrive at 8:30am to be welcomed by our office staff who will check you in before taking you for a walk around to get you acquainted with our beautiful property. You can grab a cup of tea and sit gazing into the treetops or choose to attend our morning workshop (additional cost). The topic of the workshop varies depending on the retreat program that is running at that time; ranging from meditation, yoga philosophy and mindfulness to stress management, self care and managing your mindset.

Also included in your day is lunch, a treatment of your choice (you can choose between a relaxation massage or facial. Upgrade to Reiki or hot stones possible). Enjoy a dip in the pool, take a walk or dive into a book.

After a delicious, whole-food treat for afternoon tea you can rejoin the group in the yoga room for a gentle afternoon practice designed to soothe your body, ease your mind and give your nervous system a chance to rest and reset.

After yoga you can float back to your car and dream about the next time you can sneak off for a day of rest and rejuvenation…

Want to make the day a little longer? For an additional cost you can add the 7am yoga class and 8am breakfast (midweek only). Once you taste the food you will be wishing you added breakfast!
