Not sure what to expect?
You arrive at 8:30am to be welcomed by our warm and smiley office staff who will check you in before taking you for a walk around to get you acquainted with our beautiful property. You can grab a cup of tea and sit gazing into the treetops while waiting for the morning workshop to begin.
Then you can either relax and have some alone time or file into the yoga room with the rest of our guests to enjoy an informative and inspiring talk by our passionate retreat host. The topic of the workshop varies depending on the retreat program that is running at that time; ranging from meditation, yoga philosophy and mindfulness to stress management, self care and managing your mindset.
After the morning workshop you have four to five hours of time for you to squeeze in lunch, a treatment of your choice (you can choose between a relaxation massage, facial, private yoga or meditation), a dip in the pool (or the billabong), take a walk or dive into a book.
After a delicious, whole food treat for afternoon tea you can rejoin the group in the yoga room for a gentle afternoon practice designed to soothe your body, ease your mind and give your nervous system a chance to rest and reset.
After yoga you can float back to your car and dream about the next time you can sneak off for a day of rest and rejuvenation…
Want to make the day a little longer? For a little extra you can add the 7am yoga class and 8am breakfast. Once you taste the food you will be wishing you added breakfast!
Note: On Thursdays we have two workshops in one day so the schedule is slightly different.
