Spring is about to arrive and we want to celebrate!
Join us for our special Spring Rejuvenation Retreat to welcome the end of winter and the start of spring with open arms.
Spring is a time when we awaken from the winter slumber, stop eating so much heavy, warming food and start to cleanse in time for summer.
Our three day retreat includes daily workshops at 9am focused around Spring Wellness.
Topics will include:
* Clearing unhealthy thought patterns
* Cleansing breathing techniques
* Developing a daily practice
* How to eat for the spring season (with our wholefoods chef Tash)
The retreat includes twice daily yoga classes (suitable for all levels of experience) at 7am and 3.30pm plus evening meditation every other day.
Don’t worry if you are unable to arrive on Sunday as Monday arrival options are available, just ask.
