Makes a medium sized jar or store in a plastic container in the fridge.

  • 3 cups of mixed rolled grains, oats, barley, rye, amaranth, quinoa…or simply just oats.
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup pepitas
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 2-4 tbl spoons cinnamon
  • ½ cups olive oil
  • ¾ cups honey
  • ½ chopped apricots

Combine all the dry ingredients except the apricots then spread over a large tray.

Mix together oil and honey then stir through dry ingredients. You may have to use your hands!

Cook in a pre -heated oven at 180 for about 20 mins to half hour or until crunchy and browning on top. Yum, serve with fruit, yogurt and whatever milk you are into.
