The Wellness Retreats listed below include additional workshops exploring nutrition, fitness and mind-body connection and are suitable for all levels. Please note that we have twice daily yoga and evening meditation every other day regardless of the program. Click Learn More on an event for more details.

You can combine a Wellness Essentials program (Wednesday to Friday) with an additional yoga, meditation or mindfulness program before (Sunday to Wednesday) or after (Friday to Sunday)
