For Group Hire Bookings

1. The hire is from 2pm on day one and the property should be completely vacated by 2pm on the last day. Extra hours charged at $100 ph unless otherwise agreed.

2. All hire amounts must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.

3. The deposit of $1,000 plus a signed rental agreement is required to confirm a booking.

4. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

5.All amounts paid are non-returnable should hirer cancel reservation.

6.A bond of $1,000 is required to be paid by credit card one week before your arrival and subject to no breach of terms or damage, this is returned within one-week of departure.

7.Date changes are allowed up to 16 weeks before booking at cost of $200

8.The hirer warrants that they have adequate liability insurance for all activities and guests.

9.Billabong Retreat is not safe for children or visually / mobility impaired persons.

10.There is to be no loud noise, amplified music or drumming circles.

11.There are no pets, fires, fireworks, smoking or alcohol allowed anywhere on the property.

12.No candles allowed except in the yoga yurt within the container provided

13.As an eco-retreat we only accept compostable waste - all landfill and recycling waste that you bring must be removed from site. Bottled water is not permitted.

14.The property must be left in a clean and tidy state.

15.All damages and breakages to be notified and paid for.

16.Billabong Retreat provides doonas, doona covers, pillows, blankets and hot water bottles for all cabin and tent beds. Guests need to bring their own top & bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels or hire before or on arrival.

17.Only biodegradable cleaning & bathroom products can be used.

18.We do not recommend swimming in the water.

19. There shall be no more than 20 persons on the property.

20. The hirer must provide Billabong Retreat with a list of all guests and contact numbers before the hire start

21.Billabong Retreat accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the persons or belongings of the hirer or their guests however caused.

For Individual Retreat Bookings

1. Payments are non-refundable

2. Date changes cost $20 or $150 if within 7 days. Changes not permitted within 48 hours.

3. Alcohol, smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted.

4. Please do not bring packaged food or drinks to the retreat.

5. Billabong Retreat accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the persons or belongings of the hirer or their guests however caused.
