Yoga Teachers

Donna Gianniotis
Donna first discovered yoga nearly 15 years ago on a trip to India. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Nature Care College in 2003.

She continued studies with Michael de Manincor at Yoga Sanga and is accredited with the Krishnamacharya Yoga & Healing Foundation.

Having experienced the benefits of energy healing during her own breast cancer journey, she has spent the last 4 years studying the energetics of the body and now incorporates this into her yoga teaching.

Donna teaches a gentle style of yoga with the focus is on connecting to the body via "the feeling sense." The practise is deeply nurturing and works by releasing nervous tension, anxiousness and hardness in the body so you begin to experience true harmony.

Campbell Wilson
Campbell has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. He spent 6 years as a student of Simon Borg-Olivier at Yoga Synergy, has trained with Shandor Remete of Shadow Yoga and in 2005/06 travelled through India, Europe and USA exploring the many applications of yoga.

In 2004 he completed his Hatha Yoga teacher training in Sedona, Arizona and went on to continue his studies in the Krishnamacharya tradition with Michael De Manincor at Yoga Institute.

In 2007 he opened the Yoga Essentia studio in Mona Vale with Liz Bennett where he taught regular classes for 5 years.

Campbell now runs his own retreats, regularly teaches for Yoga Institute’s teacher training program and specialises in one-on-one tuition, designing specific personalised programs.
